When the sun pokes your eye
and you just want to cry
That's a Monday
When the world's out of line
and you need some more wine
That's a Monday
LOL, did I make you sing? Maybe hum a little? Not exactly Dean Martin's version of That's Amore, and my grandma is probably going to come haunt me, but it makes me laugh to do that rewrite this morning.
Hey! It's Monday! It's a fresh new day and a brand new week to make all your dreams come true! It's your time to shine! What's your plan? (Wow, I am all about the exclamation points this morning. I'll try to tone that down for those who haven't had enough coffee.)
Random fact of the day:
Since I started out musical, I'm going to continue musical with original band names. Did you know that...
Blink-182 was originally Duck Tape
Destiny's Child was Girl's Tyme
Green Day was Sweet Children
Led Zeppelin was The New Yardbirds
Linkin Park was Xero (I kind of like that one)
Depeche Mode was Composition of Sound
The Beatles was The Silver Beatles
AND FINALLY *DRUM ROLL*
Black Sabbath was Polka Tulk Blues Band
(I know! I know! I didn't believe it either. I looked it up and it's true!)
So there's some info to wow someone with today... Or not.
